Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Asteri account at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — your practice, once erased, can’t be restored.

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately:

Open Asteri and go to the menu.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are erased right away.

No longer have the app?

Email privacy@asteri.fyifrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify it’s you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Everything attached to your account: your login and profile, birth details, natal chart, daily check-ins and moods, journal entries, voice recordings and transcriptions, tarot pulls, readings and insights, friend connections, the profiles you’ve created for others, your avatar, and your push tokens and notification preferences.

What we keep

Minimal records we’re legally required to retain (like purchase records tied to App Store transactions) and anonymized usage statistics that no longer identify you. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, so remember to cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
